1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Tee Labs LLC DBA Future Country Club ("Future Country Club," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Facility Use and Safety

When using our golf simulator facility, you agree to:

• Follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions
• Use equipment properly and report any damage immediately
• Supervise minors at all times
• Refrain from bringing outside food, beverages, or alcohol
• Maintain appropriate behavior and respect other members
• Wear appropriate golf attire and closed-toe shoes

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings must be made in advance through our approved channels
• Payment is required at time of booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to equipment maintenance or emergencies

4. Membership Terms

For membership services:

• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Members must provide 30 days notice for cancellation
• Membership privileges are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations
• Pricing and terms are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Golf simulation activities carry inherent risks. By using our facility, you acknowledge and assume all risks of injury or damage. Future Country Club, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our facility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Country Club from any claims arising from your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our premises and website belong to Future Country Club or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
